Job summary

Nestle in Jeddah is seeking a temporary 6-month role to manage end-to-end customs clearance, coordinate shipments, and control documentation across multiple warehouses. The specialist will liaise with clearing agents, brokers, and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely import/export activities.

Responsibilities include SFDA status verification, broker performance follow-ups, and daily reporting on shipment progress and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customs clearance or supply chain.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Very good in Excel.
• Previous experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end customs clearance and shipment coordination.
• Manage documentation, control, and broker relationships.
• Support SFDA coordination and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with warehouses and brokers for timely arrivals and receipts.
• Maintain daily shipment and SFDA tracking reports.
• Lead cross-functional actions to resolve clearance blockers.
• Support export and cross-OPC coordination and financial follow-ups.
