Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer, record, and process guest requests via telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices.
• Operate telephone switchboard and handle wake‑up calls and call forwarding.
• Log requests and coordinate with Bellperson, Housekeeping, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Provide information on room features, amenities, and local areas of interest; assist with internet access and guestroom entertainment.
