Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with expediting problem payments and guest-related payment issues.
• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing keys.
• Handle all payment types and resolve late or disputed charges.
• Answer calls, messages, and requests; coordinate with Housekeeping.
• Balance cash and drop receipts; review logs and reports for accuracy.
• Assist management in training and coaching employees; uphold safety and confidentiality.
