Job summary

Radiant Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a premium lifestyle dining venue in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will own the guest experience, lead the front‑of‑house team and oversee day‑to‑day service in a high‑profile setting that overlooks a UNESCO site.

Experience: minimum 6 years in FOH roles in premium restaurants, with at least 2 years as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager. English fluency is essential; Saudi work authorization or client sponsorship is provided.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Front-of-House (FOH) roles in premium or lifestyle restaurants.
• 2+ years as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager leading a team of 20+.
• GCC experience preferred; Saudi Arabia experience advantageous.
• Strong command of sequence of service, table management, and reservations strategy.
• Fluent English; Arabic an advantage.
• Food hygiene certification (e.g., HACCP Level 2 or 3) preferred.
• Must hold the right to work in Saudi Arabia or be eligible with client sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations, service standards, opening/closing, cash control and end-of-day reporting with a strong floor presence.
• Own the guest experience, feedback and VIP client engagement across reservations, waitlists and special events.
• Collaborate with Head Chef on service pace, menu changes, specials and allergen communication.
• Recruit, train and develop the FOH team; support succession planning and performance reviews.
• Drive revenue: optimize average spend, manage labour costs, promotions and control discrepancies.
• Maintain dining room, bar, terrace and entrance presentation; monitor wastage and maintenance.
• Ensure health and safety, food hygiene, SFDA compliance, licensing and incident reporting.
• Represent the brand in Riyadh across events, private dining and campaigns.
