Job summary

SADAFCO is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to manage store operations, stock integrity, and documentation for timely deliveries. The role requires knowledge of warehouse procedures and experience with WMS/RF systems, plus forklift capability.

The candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic, able to multitask, work in temperature-controlled environments, and adapt to flexible hours, including holidays. Teamwork and proactive ownership are essential in a fast-paced FMCG setting.

Qualifications

• Minimal experience: 2 years in similar job (FMCG)
• Good working knowledge of warehouse procedures
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel
• Familiar with Warehouse Management System and/or RF systems
• Willing to work in temperature-controlled environments (freezer/chillers)
• Flexible hours, especially during holidays
• Able to operate a forklift
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Team player with proactive attitude
• Able to prioritise and multitask
• Hands-on mentality and ownership of responsibilities
• Supervisor and people-management skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate store operations to meet daily depot requirements.
• Ensure goods in are received per SOPs and orders are picked on time.
• Maintain accurate records (electronic and paper).
• Process issuing, receiving and returns per policy.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of deliveries to meet client needs.
• Maintain housekeeping and hygiene standards in storage areas.
• Ensure SHEQ regulations are followed and safety standards are met.
