Job summary

The Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company in Jeddah is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the assigned facility, drive inventory accuracy, and ensure service levels meet internal and external customers. You will oversee daily staff deployment, compliance with ISO/H&S standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a minimum Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years FMCG warehouse exposure, strong Excel and WMS skills, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Educational level: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Specific diploma/education: accounting, math, business.
• Minimum 4 years warehouse or inventory experience in FMCG.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and WMS knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; forklift driving ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned warehouse operation to deliver optimum quality, performance and cost effectiveness.
• Plan and organize stock to ensure inventory availability and security.
• Manage daily staff deployment, attendance and leave.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs including damage, inbound clearance, and outbound dispatch.
• Coordinate with Transport for distribution and cross-location logistics.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health and Safety standards and customer obligations.
• Develop and monitor operational reporting and drive process improvements.
• Liaise with Maintenance on equipment upkeep; manage team performance and development.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Operations Manager.
