Job summary

SADAFCO is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Jeddah to co-ordinate inventory control, manage store operations, and ensure accurate goods in/out processes. You will maintain stock integrity, supervise loading/unloading, and uphold SHEQ standards.

Ideal candidates have FMCG warehouse experience, proficiency in MS Word & Excel, and familiarity with WMS/RF systems, with fluency in English and Arabic. A proactive team player who can multitask is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years in FMCG warehouse roles with good MS Word and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures, inventory control, and FIFO principles.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shift plan and delegate duties to meet targets.
• Ensure goods receive, pick, and records are accurate and timely.
• Maintain stock integrity with regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Process issuing, receiving and returns per company SOPs and policies.
• Oversee loading/unloading of sales vans and ensure timely delivery.
• Uphold H&S, hygiene, and food safety standards in the store.
• Demonstrate proactive behavior and own responsibilities with sound judgment.
