Job summary

FMCG in Riyadh is seeking a Van Sales Supervisor with 3-5 years of FMCG van sales experience in traditional trade. A Bachelor's degree and strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred.

You will plan routes, coach reps, monitor performance, and ensure product availability and promotions in the market. Responsibilities include leading the Van Sales team, managing daily routes, tracking performance, and delivering execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in FMCG Van Sales within Traditional Trade
• Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills
• Good understanding of sales processes and customer needs
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Van Sales team to achieve assigned sales, volume, and distribution targets
• Plan and manage daily routes and customer coverage to maximize productivity
• Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions when needed
• Ensure effective execution of route plans, productive visits, promotions, and trade activities
• Coach, motivate, and develop Van Sales Representatives through regular field visits
• Monitor sales productivity, strike rate, average invoice value, and SKU penetration
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution excellence in the market
• Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives
• Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports
