Job summary

TGP International is seeking an Operations Director to lead its F&B operations and consultancy for new projects across Saudi Arabia. You will drive strategy, brand curation, budget management, and daily oversight to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will coach teams, monitor KPIs, and maintain stakeholder relationships while aligning with country leadership and the support office. This is a senior leadership role with impactful decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in F&B, multi-site operations
• Strong budgeting and P&L oversight
• Ability to design and implement F&B strategies and standards
• Experience with brand and guest-experience management

Responsibilities

• Lead F&B operations and consultancy for multiple projects
• Develop and implement F&B strategies and budgets
• Oversee daily operations, KPIs, and quality control
• Mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Manage P&L, cost control, and revenue opportunities
• Represent brand standards across all pods and sites
