Job summary

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Al Khobar seeks an experienced kitchen leader to ensure quality, consistency and production for the property's restaurant. You will spearhead menu coordination, purchasing, staffing and training while managing costs and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in culinary/F&B.
• 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel/Restaurant Management with 2 years in F&B.
• Strong leadership and sanitation standards are essential.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for quality, consistency and production of the restaurant kitchen.
• Lead staff, coordinate menus, purchasing, staffing and food prep.
• Develop and train team to improve guest satisfaction and budget adherence.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are achieved.
• Supervise kitchen shift operations and maintain Food & Beverage policies.
