Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area.
• Or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• Experience in hospitality operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees food and beverage operations to maintain service standards.
• Ensures guest and employee satisfaction and achieves financial goals.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and teamwork to colleagues.
• Responds to guest concerns promptly and resolves issues.
• Supports GM with annual quality audits and controls.
