Job summary

Kempinski Hotels in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead all kitchen and Stewarding operations, ensuring high hygienic standards, consistent food quality, and cost control. You will mentor culinary teams and drive menus in line with corporate guidelines.

You will plan proactive staffing, implement HACCP, and collaborate with F&B leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding safety and training standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Executive Chef.
• Strong HACCP implementation experience.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all functions of Food Production and Stewarding to achieve optimal profit.
• Plan and organize with the Director of Food & Beverage successful hotel and abroad activities.
• Ensure HACCP and OH&S policies are followed.
• Develop and maintain menus in line with corporate guidelines.
• Coach and develop kitchen staff and conduct appraisals.
