Responsibilities

• Lead the daily kitchen operation for Le Caf LPM Al Khobar
• Own the team and the standards set by the Brand Executive Chef
• Bring the culinary concept to life - consistent, precise and true to the brand
• Lead, inspire and develop a diverse kitchen brigade
• Foster a collaborative culture with strong standards and growth for junior chefs
• Manage food cost, portion control and waste with rigour
• Keep profitability sharp without compromising quality
• Oversee supplier relationships, purchasing and stock levels for best ingredients and minimal waste
• Ensure Quality and Hygiene standards are consistently met
