Job summary

JobCenter is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in Riyadh, taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations and overseeing all culinary activities.

The ideal candidate will bring a passion for cooking, a creative flair for developing new dishes, and an eye for detail, supported by strong organizational skills.

Duties include menu development, high-quality dish preparation, staff supervision, compliance with health and safety rules, and stock management.

Qualifications

• Previous Executive Chef or similar role preferred.
• Open to applicants from outside Saudi Arabia.
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing menus, recipes and kitchen procedures.
• Ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to the highest standards of quality.
• Monitoring the performance of staff members and providing feedback on their performance.
• Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Ordering supplies and ensuring that the kitchen has sufficient stock at all times.
