You will design menus, develop recipes, train staff, monitor food costs, and ensure strict health and safety standards, while motivating the team to excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the culinary industry.
• Experience in managing high-end restaurants, catering services and other food establishments.
• A culinary degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
