Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Riyadh kitchen, overseeing menu planning, food preparation, and procurement. You will manage kitchen staff, train culinary teams, and develop innovative recipes while ensuring quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets and coordinate with suppliers in a dynamic hospitality environment. Saudi nationals and foreigners welcomed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar position.
• Ability to develop menus, manage budgets, and order supplies.
• Ability to manage a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Experience with international cuisine is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership skills.
