Job summary

SIS Global is seeking a Telecom Performance Reporting & Automation Engineer in Saudi Arabia to lead data extraction, transformation, and reporting for network performance. You will develop Python/NET automation, manage SQL/ETL pipelines, and create executive Power BI dashboards to provide visibility across Ericsson environments.

The role demands hands-on experience with telecom systems, strong data quality practices, and collaboration with RF and core network teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or IT.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in telecom performance reporting and data automation.
• Extensive experience with Ericsson telecommunications systems and network architecture.
• Proficient in Python and/or .NET.
• Strong SQL/MySQL querying and ETL workflow development.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Legal work authorization and Saudi Arabia availability.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain automated data extraction, processing, and reporting pipelines for telecom performance metrics.
• Analyze network KPIs and traffic data across Ericsson environments.
• Design and deploy Power BI dashboards for executive visibility.
• Develop automation scripts in Python and/or .NET.
• Build efficient SQL/MySQL queries and ETL data pipelines.
• Implement data quality frameworks and anomaly alerts.
• Collaborate with RF engineers, data analysts, and core network teams during audits.
• Maintain data dictionaries, runbooks, and script repositories.
