TANINT is seeking a Senior BO RAN Engineer - Automation to lead Ericsson RAN back office operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will own automation, troubleshooting, KPI monitoring, and performance optimizations using Python and AMOS in a demanding telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 6–8+ years of progressive professional experience in telecommunications engineering, specifically in Ericsson RAN back office operations.
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson 2G/4G-LTE/5G network architecture and operations.
• Proficiency in Python programming and AMOS scripting for network automation.
• Strong RAN troubleshooting, alarm handling, KPI monitoring, and trace analysis.
• Excellent English communication and on-site availability in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ericsson 2G, 4G/LTE, and 5G RAN back office operations and performance metrics.
• Develop, test, and implement Python and AMOS automation solutions.
• Perform comprehensive RAN troubleshooting, alarm handling, KPI monitoring, and trace analysis.
• Site integration, configuration management, and radio-parameter changes in live networks.
• Automate daily workflows, health checks, reporting, and proactive maintenance.
• Lead incident management, RCA, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain technical documentation of automation scripts and runbooks.
