Job summary
A telecommunications company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced IN BO Engineer to support mission-critical Ericsson Charging and Intelligent Network platforms. This full-time role involves second-line support, troubleshooting, and configuring systems to ensure service continuity and performance. Responsibilities include performance monitoring, incident handling, and system integrations. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Ericsson Charging, familiarity with telecommunications technologies, and skills in Linux and Oracle Database.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Ericsson Charging / IN Nodes including SDP, CCN, AIR, VS, ECMS, OCC, IVR, NgCRS.
- Good knowledge of GSM and WCDMA technologies.
- Solid experience with Linux administration, Oracle Database, and Unix shell scripting.
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, configuration, and performance analysis of IN and Charging systems.
- Handle 2nd-level restoration and Trouble Tickets (TT).
- Design, implement, and validate tariff plans and service classes.
Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Ericsson Charging / IN Nodes
Good knowledge of GSM and WCDMA technologies
Solid experience with Linux administration
Programming or scripting experience for operations
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
