Job summary

SIS Global is seeking a Field Core Support Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot Ericsson Core Network platforms across Saudi Arabia. You will work on virtualization environments, data center infrastructure, and carrier-grade networks in a fast-paced telecom setting.

The role requires hands-on experience with Ericsson CN nodes (EPG, MME, SAPC), Red Hat OpenShift, Linux, and network diagnostics tools. A valid driving license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a telecommunications or related field is required.
• Hands-on Ericsson Core Network experience is essential.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-handling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Ericsson Core Network platforms.
• 2G/4G/5G core networks support and recovery activities.
• Hardware diagnostics, fault isolation, and board replacement tasks.
• Support OpenShift-based cloud-native environments and CNIS/NFVI components.
• Document maintenance actions and service restoration efforts.
