Job summary
A leading logistics company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate. In this role, you'll help enhance customer experience by providing real-time support to ensure timely delivery of packages. Key responsibilities include communicating with customers to resolve delivery issues and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Arabic and possess strong communication skills.
