Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a Systems Engineer in Riyadh to support the sales team across pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales engagements. You will lead technical aspects of enterprise deals, tailor Fortinet security solutions to customer needs, and act as the primary technical liaison with clients and partners.

The role requires deep security know-how, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining precise CRM records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of sales cycles with Enterprise customers from RFIs to RFPs & RFQs.
• Interpret customer requirements and design competitive, robust solutions.
• Serve as primary technical point of contact with customers and partners.
• continually expand Fortinet knowledge and market awareness.
• Present solutions via whitepapers, plans, and discussions.
• Manage multiple deals while maintaining a positive customer experience and accurate CRM data.
