Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Systems Engineer to support the sales organization on pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales. You will lead technical aspects from RFIs to RFQs, drive POCs with internal and partner teams, and translate customer needs into Fortinet solutions.

You will be the primary technical contact for customers and partners, collaborating with the sales team, and continually updating knowledge of Fortinet products and market competition.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales engineering or a similar role in security.
• Ability to translate customer needs into Fortinet solutions.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of sales cycles for Enterprise customers, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs.
• Participate in POCs and coordinate with internal and partner teams.
• Analyze customer requirements and design Fortinet-based solutions.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers and partners.
• Position Fortinet solutions effectively, remotely or in person.
• Maintain accurate CRM records with activity, contact, and account data.
