Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a Channel System Engineer to support channel partners and customers in Riyadh. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, architect security solutions, and enable partners with training and materials.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product, R&D, and sales teams to ensure seamless integrations and deployments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cybersecurity-related engineering or pre-sales, strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and cloud security,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years in system engineering, solution architecture, or technical support in cybersecurity/IT.
• Experience in pre-sales with channel partners or VARs; strong cybersecurity product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support with demos, POCs, and presentations.
• Enable channel partners through training and technical enablement sessions.
• Design security solutions with partner teams across threat detection, firewall, endpoint, and cloud security.
• Act as technical advisor and bridge to internal support/R&D for issue resolution.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to create technical content and improve deployments.
