Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or related field.
• Business Administration degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years supervisory or team-lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations of employee accommodation facilities.
• Manage room allocations, occupancy records, and documentation.
• Administer check-in, transfer, and check-out processes.
• Monitor occupancy levels and optimize housing capacity.
• Conduct inspections for cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping and providers.
• Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, welfare requirements.
• Monitor service levels of contractors and providers.
• Investigate employee concerns and complaints.
• Maintain occupancy records and related reports.
• Prepare periodic occupancy and maintenance reports.
• Identify operational risks and suggest corrective actions.
• Support budget control and efficient resource use.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations on accommodation needs.
• Escalate critical issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of records.
• Support emergency response and welfare activities.
• Suggest continuous improvement for services.
