Job summary

Rawabi Holding Group seeks a dedicated Accommodation Manager to oversee daily operations of employee housing in the Eastern Province. You will coordinate room allocations, track occupancy, ensure safety, and maintain records to support efficient housing services.

This role collaborates with facilities, security, HR, and operations to optimize utilization, enforce health and safety standards, respond to concerns, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of employee accommodation facilities.
• Manage employee accommodation assignments, room allocations, occupancy records, and accommodation-related documentation.
• Administer employee accommodation check-in, transfer, and check-out processes.
• Monitor accommodation occupancy levels and ensure optimal utilization of available housing capacity.
• Conduct routine inspections of accommodation facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management, Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping, and other service providers to ensure accommodation facilities remain in good condition.
• Monitor accommodation maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure accommodation facilities comply with health, safety, environmental, and employee welfare requirements.
• Monitor contractor and service provider performance related to accommodation services and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
• Investigate and resolve accommodation-related employee concerns and complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of accommodation occupancy, room inventories, inspections, maintenance activities, and related reports.
• Prepare periodic reports on accommodation utilization, occupancy status, maintenance activities, incidents, and service performance.
• Identify accommodation-related operational risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support budget control initiatives and ensure efficient utilization of accommodation resources.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and other departments regarding employee accommodation requirements.
• Escalate significant accommodation, maintenance, safety, security, or welfare issues to management.
