Job summary

KONE is seeking a Team Leader with a service mindset to provide professional on-site elevator and escalator service in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure safety, and coordinate installation activities with clients and Field Supervisors.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Engineering or ITI/Vocational Certification in Electrical, Electronics, Automation or related field, with 5–7 years of elevator/escalator experience and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or ITI/Vocational Certification in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related field.
• 5–7 years of elevator/escalator industry experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service on-site to customers in Riyadh.
• Lead a team of technicians; ensure safety and quality during installation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Field Supervisor and customers for daily activities.
• Manage on-site communications and ensure timely installation progress.
• Promote lean practices and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
