Job summary

KONE is seeking a Safety Specialist based in Riyadh to drive safety performance within the business unit. Reporting to the Safety Manager, you will implement and continuously improve the safety management system, promote a proactive safety culture, and support customers and partners including subcontractors.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 5 years of safety experience in elevators or construction, and mandatory NEBOSH and IOSH certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of safety experience in elevators, construction, or related industries.
• NEBOSH and IOSH certificates are mandatory.
• Excellent English and Arabic language skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Safety Policy and Objectives by implementing and improving the safety management system.
• Monitor and develop safety risk management processes and tools.
• Perform safety audits and drive corrective actions for continual improvement.
• Promote safety through training and communication to the unit and subcontractors.
