Saudi Service Company Limited (SSCL) is seeking an experienced e-learning professional to design and deliver engaging digital training across facilities in Saudi Arabia. You will develop interactive courses, collaborate with SMEs, and manage LMS operations to track learners and report outcomes.

The role emphasizes blended learning approaches, accessibility, and alignment with corporate competency frameworks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of e-learning development or instructional design experience.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs to translate requirements into content.
• Proficiency with modern authoring tools and LMS platforms.
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and improve content.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses and digital training materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate requirements into content.
• Manage the LMS, including content upload, learner tracking, and reporting.
• Implement blended learning solutions.
• Update courses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with IT and HR to maintain learning technologies.
• Prepare reports on training participation and outcomes.
