We are seeking an experienced Director of Learning Experience Design (LXD) to oversee a multidisciplinary team of instructional designers, animators, content producers, and learning technologists to deliver engaging, impactful, and scalable online training solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design expertise, a creative mindset and technical fluency with leading e-learning tools. This is a remote, full-time role for candidates based in Egypt or Jordan.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Course Structure & Instructional Design:
- Analyze content and create structured course outlines with defined outcomes.
- Design simulations, gamified and interactive activities to drive engagement.
2. Content Development:
- Lead the design of immersive, high-impact learning experiences using blended, self-paced, and adaptive learning methodologies.
- Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, assessments, and video scripts.
- Create detailed storyboards for visual and interactive content delivery.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.
- Perform quality assurance checks for usability, accuracy, and technical functionality.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in L&D, instructional design and e-learning development.
- Proficiency in AI, Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Genially and other graphic design tools.
- Strong grasp of learning theories and digital learning platforms.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Arabic (Native); English (Fluent).
