The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in L&D along with strong project management and communication skills. Qualifications

• 3+ years in Learning and Development (L&D) and Education Technology solutions.
• Proven experience managing tech-enabled learning solutions.
• Certifications like CPLP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement learning strategies that enhance engagement.
• Lead management of L&D programs including evaluation and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs.

Strong project management skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Expertise in instructional design methodologies

Excellent analytical skills

Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)

Ability to drive change and innovation

Fluent in English

Arabic proficiency is a plus

Formation

Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
