Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Account Manager for e-commerce fulfillment based in Jeddah. You will manage a portfolio of fulfillment customers, build strong relationships, and align with internal teams to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs/SLAs, leading business reviews, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement. 3+ years in fulfillment/logistics is preferred, with a focus on customer success and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Fulfillment, Warehousing, Logistics or Account Management.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and last mile operations.
• Experience building relationships with fulfillment customers.
