Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in FMCG/digital commerce or equivalent.
• Experience leading e-commerce and omni-channel initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce and omni-channel growth strategy.
• Drive digital shelf excellence and content optimization.
• Monitor KPIs: sales, market share, traffic, conversion, ROI.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
