Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• MBA or relevant certifications such as CDML or PCM are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, analytics, and online sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Product, Supply Chain, Logistics and other teams.
• Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
• Drive UI/UX improvements to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
