Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner is seeking a Director of Product-Led Growth based in Saudi Arabia. You will define and drive the PLG strategy for a global cloud technology business, owning ARR and guiding self-service from signup to paid conversion, expansion, and retention.

You will work across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate complex cloud capabilities into intuitive experiences, optimize the customer journey, and explore monetization opportunities.

Qualifications

• Senior or director-level PLG leadership in SaaS/cloud dev tools.
• Own ARR and revenue targets, including freemium to paid.
• Translate complex products into self-service experiences.
• Lead across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales.
• Strong analytics, funnel optimization, experimentation.
• Understand developer workflows and cloud infra.
• Experience scaling PLG revenue globally.
• Ability to work in remote, international teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product-led revenue growth from signup to retention.
• Develop scalable growth programs and targets across international markets.
• Align Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to enable measurable outcomes.
• Identify in-product monetization opportunities and optimize onboarding.
• Improve customer engagement and retention using analytics.
• Establish metrics and test growth hypotheses.
• Collaborate with product leaders on AI-assisted development opportunities.
