Job summary

Globant is seeking an experienced Product Lead who can take ownership of digital products end-to-end — from defining the vision and strategy through discovery, roadmap, delivery, launch and continuous improvement. You will define strategy, own the lifecycle from discovery to delivery, and mentor teams to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap.

Translate customer and business needs into clear product priorities.
Work closely with UX/UI, engineering, architecture and data teams.
Lead and mentor Product Managers/Product Owners across multiple initiatives.
Use customer insights, analytics and KPIs to guide product decisions.
Manage complex senior stakeholders and align teams around a common product vision.
