Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Executive Director - Office Development to guide complex office development initiatives. You will shape plans across leadership, external advisors, and public-sector stakeholders to drive progress and delivery excellence.

The role requires leading end-to-end development, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-evolving organization within Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience leading large-scale real estate or office development projects.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation.
• Deep knowledge of development approvals, governance, regulatory compliance, and the stage-gate process.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and senior external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of office development initiatives end to end.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and delivery quality across multiple development projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and government stakeholders on approvals.
• Drive risk management, compliance, and governance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Mentor senior project leaders and align development plans with business objectives.
