Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, construction management, business, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of leadership experience in large-scale real estate development, including mixed-use projects.
• Strong experience with feasibility analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and project lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external stakeholder relationships.
• Experience negotiating contracts and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.
• Professional proficiency in English.
