Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Experience in loyalty, marketplaces, or rewards ecosystems is preferred.
• Regional experience in the Middle East or KSA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain senior-level strategic partnerships across loyalty programs and marketplaces.
• Own and drive Embedded Solutions growth in the region, with emphasis on KSA.
• Set regional business development strategy focusing on new sales and expanding relationships.
• Identify emerging commercial opportunities in gift cards and digital incentives.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles with senior stakeholders, negotiations and closures.
• Own pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
