Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director, Loyalty Commercial to define and execute the loyalty program's commercial strategy to maximize customer lifetime value, engagement, revenue, and partner participation. You will lead partnerships, monetization, and data-driven loyalty propositions that support growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in loyalty, CRM, commercial strategy, customer engagement, partnerships, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership position managing commercial or loyalty functions.
• Experience within entertainment, tourism, hospitality, retail, aviation, financial services, or large consumer-focused organizations is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the loyalty program.
• Develop strategic partnerships with external brands, retailers, financial institutions, travel operators, entertainment providers, and other stakeholders.
• Own loyalty program P&L and track commercial performance metrics.
• Drive customer lifetime value, member engagement, and monetization opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and governance for loyalty initiatives.
