Job summary

Confidential Careers in Riyadh is seeking a Loyalty Programs Manager to lead the design, rollout, and governance of the group’s loyalty initiatives across hospitality and lifestyle services. You will partner with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align programs with business goals, build strategic partnerships, and drive customer engagement and retention.

The role requires 6+ years in loyalty or related fields and a proven ability to translate data into actionable program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 6+ years in Loyalty Programs, Customer Experience, CRM, Commercial, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing and managing loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives.
• Experience in managing strategic partnerships and negotiating customer benefits and offers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s loyalty programs strategy.
• Design and manage loyalty programs, benefits, rewards, and privileges for customers.
• Collaborate with departments to integrate loyalty into the customer journey and operations.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with external brands and providers.
• Negotiate exclusive offers and experiences for loyalty members.
• Monitor program performance, participation, retention and utilization metrics.
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.
