Job Role

The Director - Loyalty & Embedded Solutions is a regional strategic leadership role responsible for driving new business growth and managing key partnerships across loyalty programs, digital platforms, marketplaces, and rewards and recognition ecosystems. The role will lead regional growth, with primary responsibility for KSA, engaging senior-level stakeholders, identifying emerging opportunities, and delivering scalable commercial wins that align with the company’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain senior-level strategic partnerships across loyalty programs, digital platforms, marketplaces ecosystems
  
• Own and drive the growth of YGG’s Embedded Solutions business across the region, with primary responsibility for KSA, identifying new commercial opportunities, building strategic partnerships anddriving scalable solutions across loyalty programs, digital platforms, marketplaces and rewards ecosystems
  
• Set and drive the regional business development strategy, focused on new sales and expanding existing relationships

Experience & Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to growth and strategy
  
• Experience leading and developing teams in a cross-functional environment
  
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant certification preferred
