In this role, you will own the HR strategy portfolio, translate it into clear roadmaps, align HR with business leadership, and report on program value to executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR, including HR strategy or transformation leadership.
• Experience directing operating model redesign, workforce planning or HR digitization.
• Strong strategic thinking and executive stakeholder management.
• Grounding in talent, organizational design, total rewards or workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the HR strategy and transformation program portfolio from design to delivery.
• Translate the people strategy into executable roadmaps and governance.
• Set priorities and align HR functions with business leadership.
• Direct measurable outcomes across talent, workforce, and organizational effectiveness.
• Advise and report to executive leadership on program value and benefits.
