Job summary

Confidential Government in Riyadh is seeking an HR professional to oversee talent acquisition, development, and employee engagement within the region. You will partner with management to drive onboarding, training programs, and performance management to support a high-performance culture.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, learning initiatives, and succession planning, while ensuring Saudization alignment and strong HR analytics to guide strategic decisions.

• Experience onboarding new employees and managing HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across all business functions and partner with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and future roles and manage onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives, leadership development programs, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and recognition and reward initiatives.
• Support performance management cycles, coach managers on performance improvement, and identify high-potential employees for succession planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters and align HR strategies with business objectives.
