Job summary

Confidential Government in Saudi Arabia seeks a Director of Program Strategy to lead the HR strategy and transformation agenda. You will set direction for high-priority people programs, connect executive vision to execution, and drive HR outcomes across the organization.

In this role, you will own the HR strategy portfolio, translate it into clear roadmaps, align HR with business leadership, and report on program value to executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR, including HR strategy or transformation leadership.
• Experience directing operating model redesign, workforce planning or HR digitization.
• Strong strategic thinking and executive stakeholder management.
• Grounding in talent, organizational design, total rewards or workforce planning.

What you bring:

• 10 or more years in HR, including HR strategy or transformation program leadership
• Proven experience directing initiatives such as operating model redesign, workforce planning, or HR digitization
• Strong strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Deep grounding in core HR domains (talent, organizational design, total rewards, or workforce planning)
• Certification such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7, PgMP, or MSP is preferred
