Job summary

Maseera is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage digital inquiries and drive annual digital sales targets from our Al Khobar office. You will qualify leads, nurture opportunities in CRM, and coordinate with Sales Engineers to close deals on compressors and allied equipment.

The role demands strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 1–2 years of sales, inside sales, marketing or related commercial role.
• Experience with industrial equipment, compressors, or compressed air systems preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for digital customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Achieve annual digital sales targets and objectives.
• Qualify, manage and follow up on leads through the sales pipeline.
• Create and maintain opportunities in the CRM and ensure accurate tracking.
• Support customers with product inquiries and coordinate with Sales Engineers.
• Handle selected inside sales opportunities for compressors and related equipment.
• Support and host webinars, customer seminars and digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Manager on lead-generation campaigns.
• Travel across Saudi Arabia for proactive outbound sales activities.
