Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital product delivery in airline/aviation environments.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Hands-on API integration experience across booking, payment, and servicing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of core digital servicing and booking features across web, mobile, and chatbot platforms.
• Collaborate with product, UX, engineering and operations to ensure high-performance guest experiences.
• Deliver self-service journeys from check-in to refunds, aligned with roadmap priorities.
