Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking a senior cargo technology delivery leader to drive end-to-end delivery across our Cargo Digital & Technology portfolio in Riyadh. You will coordinate agile delivery across multidisciplinary squads, manage backlogs, milestones, dependencies, testing, releases and production readiness for customer-facing web and mobile products, SaaS platforms, APIs and integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology delivery, product delivery, software engineering, or technical program and project delivery.
• Experience delivering customer-facing web and mobile products, enterprise SaaS platforms, API-led integrations, and cargo technology solutions.
• Strong experience leading Agile delivery across cross-functional teams and stakeholder leadership.
• Familiarity with cargo operations or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery across multidisciplinary squads, coordinating backlogs, milestones, dependencies, testing, releases and production stabilization.
• Drive API-led integrations and SaaS platform delivery for cargo digital channels, booking and servicing, Track & Trace, and pricing systems.
• Ensure security, governance and engineering standards are upheld across the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, cargo business teams, UX, Architecture and Engineering to translate high-level designs into executable delivery plans.

It ensures customer-facing, commercial and operational cargo capabilities are delivered with quality, pace and resilience.Working closely with Product Managers, cargo business teams, UX, Architecture and Engineering, the role turns business priorities and high-level designs into executable delivery plans. A core part of the role is driving delivery across web, mobile, Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, APIs, integrations and enterprise systems.You will lead Agile delivery across multidisciplinary squads, coordinating backlogs, milestones, dependencies, testing, releases and production stabilization. Success in this role depends on keeping teams aligned while maintaining strong delivery predictability, quality and operational readiness.With responsibility for cargo digital channels, booking and servicing, Track & Trace, cargo management, pricing and revenue platforms, this position supports consistent customer journeys across every touchpoint. It also manages critical integrations with internal airline systems, external partners, SaaS vendors and System Integrators.The position calls for strong technical depth across high-level design to low-level design, APIs, microservices, integration architecture and release planning. About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of experience in technology delivery, product delivery, software engineering, or technical program and project delivery.You are expected to possess a recognized Agile, project delivery, or product certification such as SAFe Agilist, Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, or Product Owner.You will bring strong experience delivering customer-facing web and mobile products, enterprise SaaS platforms, API-led integrations, cargo technology solutions, and Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, supported by sound technical judgment, stakeholder leadership, and clear communication.This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel.
