Systems Arabia in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Digital Portfolio Lead to oversee a strategic digital product portfolio. This techno-functional leadership role drives end-to-end portfolio delivery, aligning business objectives with technology execution, and leads cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products and services.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
10+ years in technology delivery, digital transformation or program management.
5+ years leading complex digital programs with cross-functional teams.
Experience delivering large-scale digital transformations in government or enterprise contexts.
Techno-functional expertise bridging business needs and delivery.
Experience with multiple digital products, Agile teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of platforms, architecture, integrations, APIs, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, and QA.
Portfolio governance, delivery planning, risk management, and executive stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

Lead strategy, governance, planning, and delivery of an assigned product portfolio.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across product management, architecture, engineering, QA, UX, DevOps, and support.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders and manage portfolio priorities and risks.
Translate priorities into roadmaps, milestones, and outcomes.
Participate in solution and architecture discussions aligning tech with business goals.
Oversee end-to-end delivery from discovery to production support.
Establish portfolio governance, reporting, risk and dependency management.
Monitor delivery performance and drive continuous improvement.
Mentor delivery managers, product owners, technical leads, and team members.
Ensure compliance with architecture, security, quality, governance, documentation, and production readiness.
