Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Manager - Data Center Solution to drive new business and strengthen relationships with data center clients and consultants. You will lead the sales process, promote Carrier's advanced HVAC solutions, and align technical and commercial aspects across project lifecycles.

The role requires 5–7 years in HVAC system sales, a mechanical engineering background, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related HVAC field.
• 5–7 years of HVAC system sales experience.
• Experience in data center cooling solutions preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• Proficient in MS Office and business productivity tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with data center clients and end users.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand customer needs, technical requirements, and project goals.
• Promote Carrier solutions to HVAC consulting firms and data center owners.
• Build and maintain a robust data center projects pipeline through inquiries, client visits, and market intelligence.
• Track and update pipeline activity to support forecasting and strategic planning.
• Participate in framework agreements and ensure timely, high-quality bid submissions.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and Carrier's HVAC solutions.
• Understand and analyze HVAC system requirements to prepare technical and budgetary proposals.
• Provide input to senior management to support the development of business plans for the data center segment.
